- 7:30 am Judges Registration and Breakfast (Report to TCC Exhibit Hall at the HUB)
- NEW! 8:00 PROMPT - Judges Briefing: New Criteria and Guidelines (TCC Exhibit Halls)
- 8:10 Judging Begins! Kindergarten - High School Judging, TCC Exhibit Halls
- 11:00-Noon Interviews with 6-8th grade students (ALL judges)
- Noon-1:00 pm Lunch & Judging Team Caucus
- 1:00-3:30 pm Interviews with High School students
- 3:30 pm Interviews are over for High School students
- 4:00 pm Final call for ALL judging sheets to be returned to the HUB in the center of the Exhibit Hall

Students will not be at their projects in the morning during initial judging.
It is our hope that all judges, both Grand Awards and Sponsored Awards Judges (those judging for specific company/organization awards) will assist with the 6-8th grade interviews (11:00a to Noon), regardless of the grade they are judging. This is an extremely important time for us to make contact with these students and discuss their projects and encourage them to continue with science and engineering. This is a “Golden Opportunity” and all who have participated in the past, both students and professionals, have felt rewarded by the experience.
Past judging Criteria are listed on the "Forms" portion of the web site for all interested in seeing what the students were being told the judges would be evaluating - the criteria reflects current scientific thought.
